Return and Refund Policy

At TeleWorld, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not entirely pleased, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy to make your experience with us smooth, fair, and hassle-free.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
If more than 30 days have passed since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • Item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@teleworld.com.au. Upon approval, you will receive:

  • A return shipping label
  • Detailed instructions on where and how to send your item

Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the designated return address.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order promptly upon receipt.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@teleworld.com.au so we can resolve the issue swiftly and appropriately.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products, sanitary goods)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards or downloadable software products
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale or clearance items

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider

If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval and you have not received your funds, please contact us at info@teleworld.com.au.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply in the following cases:

  • Items returned opened, used, or not in original condition
  • Items missing parts not due to our error
  • Returns requested after 30 days from delivery

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, we recommend:

  • Returning the original item for a refund
  • Placing a new order for the desired item

If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us for assistance with an exchange.
Please note: As we work with multiple suppliers, it is important to confirm the correct return address with our team before posting your item.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You will receive store credit for the value of your return

If the gift was sent to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser’s payment method.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to a destination within the European Union, you are entitled to return your purchase within 14 days of delivery under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, no questions asked.
Items must still meet the general return eligibility criteria outlined above.
